If I could rate this place negative stars I would. Save your money time and garments. We brought a wedding dress to be cleaned and it was noticeably still stained, we took it back again only to have the same stain on the dress. The employee passed me off to the owner and he was a mess, he was BEYOND unprofessional and did not accept responsibility. I'm not sure why they would take on a job they couldn't do. Terrible awful place.
I will now forever refer to this as the “Shaming” place. Long story. Much better ways to handle an issue. I just want my comforter back and wish there was another choice In dry cleaners in Redmond.
I am embarrassed for the owner of Ford cleaners.....never in my life have I seen such horrible work!! Save yourself and don't take anything to Ford!!!! If I could give a zero star i would.
I just picked up my cleaning and a small chore of putting a zipper on a fleece vest. I left a shirt to be dry cleaned and folded, a fleece vest that needed a new zipper. I was charged $18 for the dry cleaning of a long sleeved wool shirt and $36 for installing the zipper. This place will never see me again.
took 4 dress shirts to cleaners; when picked them up, they had a malodorous scent, like a dirty dishrag in need of laundering. They redid them and then they were okay. Next time 3 shirts had no odor; so thought the prior episode was a one time event. Wrong. 3rd time I left shirts with them was a repeat of the first time and was problematic as I needed the shirts for work the next day. Won't use Ford again as can't rely on them. Not sure of the problem, not changing wash water or something???
