Buyer beware...I had ok service here until they ruined an expensive button down shirt that was supposed to be dry cleaned. Somehow it got washed with another customer's lipstick. Not great but mistakes happen.nnThey asked for the shirt value and offered store credit or a check. I had already decided I wasn't going back and chose the check option. They said it would take a few weeks to receive.nnI never received it and called after many weeks of waiting. I was told they had no record of it, they would have to check into it but I would receive a call the next day. They never called like they had promised and I find it hard to believe they don't have record in their system when they track every garment with a bar code.nnIt's bad enough a favorite and expensive dress shirt was ruined, it's much, much, worse that I am having to chase them to do what they already promised to do while I am out $$$ for my ruined garment.
