Kroger Fuel Center

No problem got gas no lines, I had lost my card, so sent to the window to see about using my phone number. The clerk informed me that I wasn't on file. Ok, I was very surprised but let it go, and was planning to go to another Kroger for gas. I had almost 800 fuel points for the month. I get home n call Kroger, they tell me I am listed with my phone number.,and I had not realized it was the last day for the points that month. Very upset that the guy was rude. Apparently didn't put my number in correctly and I ended up losing the points. Anyone the gets gas points will understand this
