Doug is very knowledgeable with radios. There are many other places that are more convenient for me but I pass them all up because there is only one person I let work on my radio. An Indiana native, he's a great history book if he's ever got the time to learn you sumthin.
This guy does good work but he has very poor public relations. You never know what's been done to the radio, when it's shipping back, you don't get a tracking number ethier. Very unorganized place. And they never hardly answer the phone. Find another tech you'll be waiting for weeks and he won't inform you of anything.
Amazing customer service. Willing to support and comply with Federal Regulations.
Don't go to that place I drove all the way from INDIANAPOLIS to buy a radio I talked to the guy friday said he would be there Saturday the business harrse 8 am to 5 PM I was there 12 45 to 15 I wanted no one was there I called twice left a message no one answer DONT BUY from this guy a ripoff
