We had a awesome experience here we came in looking to upgrade came out with to new phone.
The Brazil, IN Verizon store has drastically changed this year. The employees were very rude and not willing to help when I was having a problem with my LG phone. A claim was submitted to the Asurian insurace company for replacement when my phone was still under the manufactures warranty. I had no physical or internal damage to my phone. No steps were taken to try to fix the issue I was having with my phone's speaker. I used to love going into the Brazil store, because I always knew I would be treated with great customer service and respect by all of the employees, however not any more. I felt like I was bothering the staff when I walked in with the issue that needed resolved. Fortunately, I was able to find the former store manager working in a store in Terre Haute, IN so I went there and got the problem resolved quickly. I will drive the additional 20 miles to get great customer service. My family and I don't plan to ever go to the store in Brazil again.
Got our cell phones here + tablet. Helped walk me through making claim for lost phone. Fixed my Tablet to be able to make phone calls.
