Dr. Houston is the best Dr. I have ever been to...and I am 64! He truly cares about you, takes time to listen to you, and gives you kind, empathetic, and very helpful care in every way. He has a wealth of medical knowledge that he seems to really enjoy imparting to every patient! Yes, there are wait times...but when it is your turn, he will give YOU all of the time and care YOU need, too! He is a gift from God!

This place is a joke they have called two people back and my mom appointment was at three was here before the two people and we're still waiting this place suck would not recommend it to anybody

The wait times are terrible. It seems they should be aware that basically you aren’t expected to be in a room until roughly two hours of wait time. Basically each time I’ve been in here for my better half that has aspergers which makes him have a rough time around crowds of people, loud noises, and people close by tend to be hard on him. They have a very small generally loud waiting room. It’s not the kind of place you wish to spend two hours waiting. The doctor is great however. I simply wish they were better at scheduling. They’d be doing a good thing calling and letting you know or upon check in letting you know “we are two hours behind as usual, we respect your time as much as you do ours by being here at the time we scheduled you for so if you have anything you may need to do over the next hour and fourty five minutes feel free so we don’t waste your whole evening for a ten to twenty minute visit” that would make me rate them at a minimum of 4 stars..... as stated this doctor is great but scheduling and the wait is terrible. It’s a frequent conversation you hear in the waiting room. Also being a type 1 diabetic the wait is terrible on me..... generally I end up retreating to the vehicle to eat some fruit snacks to avoid a low blood sugar like 30s by the time we get seen..... this is a hazard to me and my personal health.... Their are other doctors where you will have no more than a ten minute wait past your scheduled time (as I see one for my own treatments) I’m not sure if the knowledge there is as good as here or not..... but I do have slightly better patience there because I know I’ve not just wasted two hours of my life in a tiny waiting room around folks that smell like an ash tray or my better half freaking out because of the noise levels around him.

Probably the most thorough physician i have ever met. Did a very complete exam. Listened to my problems. Directed & planned out my health care. I am so happy to have found Dr. Houston. I plan to stay with him. I seen other people complain of waiting time. This is because Dr. Houston is so thorough. I was with another un-named dr who simply wrote prescriptions for FIVE YEARS. Knowing my history of cancer. So what is a few minutes of your time for quality care? I think the pros definitely outweigh the waiting room time.
