..... They keep you misinformed and treat you like a number, the reception staff are rude. They have no concern about the patient at all, just comfort you with lies then send you to the ER for blood draw so you get charged more.....

Shauna Poe-Ames, is very good at her job! She takes the time to listen, she is kind and I never feel like I'm just a number. I have been seeing her for more then 12 years. She cares for all her patience.
