Calling you out Karen Nelson. Aren't you supposed to know the availability of the medicine to your patient??Do you NOT take in consideration the ability to pay ?? Not once not twice but three time you called in prescriptions that varied from 800 to 1000 dollars. That's after insurance. You say you don't know the pricing ? I am wondering what kick back,incentives free stuff ??? to prescribe these extremely expensive meds ?? You do know that you are in clay county right ? Put your prescription pad up lady you get no respect from me and I will make sure you yes you nurse practitioner get no more of my money

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had. I had been with this office since it originated in Clay City in the early 60's. I went in today to have my INR numbers checked. The girl at the window quickly told me that they would not do this test for me. She said that they had never done such tests and that I was not one of their patients. I gave her a very strange look and ask why they had erased my records. She said that I had never been there as a patient and that they were not taking any new patients. She went on to say that she would check with the nurse practitioner. She left came back and said Shauna was not taking any new patients.nAs stated in other reviews don't waste your time and or money on this extremely poorly operated clinic. One star is definitely 4 to many

Some of the NP’s do not have best bedside manner inconvenient to be open until 8 but take last walk in at 7?!?

If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't waste your time or money! They never did anything for me they just sent me to another doctor in town. But they did still manage to bill me for zero services! I went to pay my bill and asked for an idamized bill for my insurance company so see what treatment I had received and they can not do that. Why? I should have just stuck to going to Med Express! I've never had an issue there and they are much cheaper than this DUMP!
