I received a new foster son in my care and his Medicaid insurance assigned him to this office. I called and scheduled a new patient appointment before I knew the child's visitation schedule with the parents. Once I found out that he would be at visitation during the scheduled time and day they gave me, I called and rescheduled the appointment to a nonvisit time and day. The rescheduled appointment was for today at 12:30. I walked in at 12:36 this afternoon and the receptionist rudely told me they will not see him because we were late. She followed her comment up that because I have rescheduled once and now that I am late, she can not schedule me in the future. Absolutely rediculous. 0 stars.

If I could give Zero stars I absolutely would. These doctors, nurses, & even office workers are flat terrible. Failure to do what they say they will. Good luck getting a referral for a specialist, it takes these incompetent people over a month to even run your insurance correctly. Do you have high risk of something or family history of something? Don’t worry, they WILL NOT take it into consideration, they are concerned about their wants, & their needs ONLY. I highly recommend going to a different doctor completely, I also highly recommend going to a different hospital other than clay unless you have a a medical emergency, if you can suffice with the 25 minute drive to regional or union I suggest you do it. If you are slightly educated or knowledgeable when it comes to medicine, medicinal practices, or concerned with your health, please go somewhere else, as these people probably do not know much more than a google server.

In connection to the hosptial I have had the worst time not there but afterwards. It has been over a month and I continue to recieve bills for amount between 400 and 1.72. I went in for a twisted ankle, that was it.
