She’s terrible and it’s a waste of money. She sliced my tongue, cut my gums, brackets would fall off after a day and she would blame me for it. She complained about me being behind a few payments and took $3.2k from me and wouldn’t even talk to me instead went to another room to hide. My girlfriend and step sister both went to her and they both have retainers that aren’t aligned properly and now they have their bottom teeth messed up. My girl lost her retainers and she threw the mold away that had her straight teeth and made a new one with her unaligned teeth and thinks it’s acceptable. Her and her husband are extremely toxic and unprofessional. Others have told me they deal with he same things it’s overwhelming. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANYONE ELSE!

Dr. Colter and her staff are very professional and welcoming. They all make you feel at home and she is very knowledgeable in her line of work!

Horrible Horrible experience! Don’t waste your time or money. Went years ago had braces on for 4 years, followed her instructions about wearing my retainer and quit when she told me I could. Now 15 years later my teeth are worse than they were before I had the braces. Went back to her and she would not work with me . All about the money! I shouldn’t have to pay $10K because she didn’t do her job correctly in the first place
