I called three insurance agencies before reaching out to Jake. Thank goodness they either never answered their phones or did not call me back for a quote. Jake answered his phone right away. He was both personal and professional and extremely helpful. Jake saved me some coin as well which is always appreciated when shopping for insurance. He knows his business and does it well and I look forward to a long relationship with Jake as my new rep. Thank you again for your help Jake!

The best insurance agent I've ever dealt with, hands down. Jake and his entire team are incredibly thorough and take the time to make sure everything is done right, the first time around. We've just recently switched over to Jake and we couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and care that his group puts into making sure we're covered just how we want and need to be.

I had my policy transferred to Jake automatically due to management changes in my previous State Farm team. I could not be happier with quality of service received. I have never interacted with Jake himself, but instead work with Laurie. Laurie is an absolute GEM to work with! She is incredibly helpful and kind and she remembers little details about my life in a way that makes me feel important and cared for. She does an excellent job of looking for the best deals for me and I always feel confident when I reach out to her. Laurie deserves acknowledgement from management for her incredible work; I won’t be leaving this State Farm team while she is there!
