Kerry was my insurance agent for a decade. I always thought she was on top of it...until I really needed assistance. I had an accident caused by snow off my roof. Nearly $20k in medical bills. When I reached out, I found out that my homeowners was never switched out of my ex's name though I'd been paying the bill for 2 years alone after notifying her. When I needed to put in a claim, her answer was that I had 5k in medical coverage out of a 500k policy, and to send me a cancellation of coverage form. POOR SERVICE! I was stuck with the medical bills. It would've been better to be in a car wreck.

AIC Insurance continually supports the community by allowing local schools to host fundraising car washes on their property over the summer.
