Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens

Elizabeth Ozborne at this Jeffersonville store only had a child patient before me that took an hr to get an antibiotic. I then waited another 20min til I had to ask to be seen for her to tell me she won't treat my double ear infection & uti I've had for a couple weeks, she wasn't allowed to treat a uti. So I simply asked to just treat my bad head infection to at least feel lil better til I can get to a regular dr next wk & she refused saying no cuz I had to go to the ER. Are u kidding me. So she wanted to take my vitals after taking my Insurance information. I want to make sure she's reported for negligence & not played fir my no treatment visit. She's terrible. I'm reporting to my Insurance & Nortons also to make sure

Never, never, never again. I am over an hour after my appointment time and still nothing. This place is terrible.
