I have never been to a better, more caring doctor. She has taken excellent care of me and ALL of my many health issues. Sometimes it is necessary to wait a little but I never mind, knowing that I will receive her care and attention. I wish I had found her earlier in life.

Dr. Rondo is great, the office though is completely abysmal. Appointments often involve over 2 hours waiting (in office and in waiting room combined). Scheduling is next to impossible. Was told by the Dr.'s nurse I needed to be seen within a week and the scheduler refused! Was told I would get a call back then got none. Guess it is a good thing there is an ER in Jeffersonville. Been a patient for a long time and it just gets worse each year. Avoid like it was on fire!

Dr. Rondo is very wonderful to help people get better

Wait times are ridiculous. Add at least an hour to your appointment time and that's when you might be seen. Dr Rondo is a nice doctor but the wait isn't worth it.

She has cared less and less about my moms health as the years have gone by..I've begged my mom to find a new doctor..She is in poor health , and just can't go thru the process...Rondo has made so many care less, and borderline negligent mistakes it scares me ..........If you have anything other than regular day to day , healthy issues, don't go to this woman...
