The doctor was friendly. The receptionist was dry and definitely not a peachy person. The new place looks great. Went for blood tests for some symptoms I’m having. Never got a call the week of so I called for more info. Was told by the person who answered that the doctor would call but from what she could see is that everything looked “normal.” That’s great and all, but I still haven’t received a call back and I shouldn’t be the one reaching out to find answers and not taken seriously. I thought I would give it a chance despite these bad reviews already. But I think I’ll take my concerns and rising health issues elsewhere.

Still use paper based records, which means they can't coordinate care with other Baptist Health providers. Also means you have to fill out lots and lots of paperwork. If you don't want to experience 1990s healthcare, stay away.

The staff is fabulous and I have had wonderful care here.

Incredibly rude receptionists and impossible to get a call back or information of any kind. They also like to randomly hang up on you.

This place has a real problem with communication. My girlfriend goes there and it's almost shocking. She'll have a prescription due and days will go by before it's refilled. She had to go to the ER twice because of this. I wish she'd go elsewhere.
