Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Love it when you give people different pillows. I like flat but my husband likes thick! The 'breakfast included' was very disappointing. We got water, applesauce and a muffin in a paper bag. I understand we are in weird times, but I think you could have done better.
No breakfast but gave you a breakfast bag with water, apple sauce & blueberry muffin. Only think I can eat is the water. Sigh. 2am fire alarm went off. Says it happens often. Fire dept. Said it was a cigarette near a smoke detector....this is a smoke free hotel. Other than interrupted sleep, the bed and pillows are comfortable, shower is hot, tv clear and best climate control room I have ever stayed in. Never too hot or too cold.
Hotel looks to be recently remodeled, nonetheless, well maintained. The hotel areas were very clean, as was the room. Comfortable bed, clean sheets, very friendly staff. More like a 3 star hotel.
Very friendly, clean, comfortable. Sink drained slow and toilet seat would take you for a ride if not careful. I would stay again.
Renee smith made our stay as comfortable as could be. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure we were happy. Considering the circumstances she was great. She really took time to make sure we were happy. Thanks!!
