We are having a home built through HiLine and they sent us to TCS for our flooring, backsplash and tile. Josh helped us out and he was so great! We are so pleased we went with them. They had such a great selection and I would highly recommend checking them out!

We unexpectedly needed to replace a bathroom sink. Our builder sent us to TCS, their flooring and surfaces contractor who installed our undercounter sinks to their countertops. They were great. We showed up at their offices unannounced. TCS went back through their records to find the exact make and model they used when our home was built two years back. Let us take one from their inventory home to test and ensure it was a match for our job. Went over their installation process on the original so I could install it properly, taking time from their busy workdays to help us out. Just really good, honest forthright folks, generous with their time and knowledge, highly recommend.

Best flooring place in Central Oregon.

This contracting company installed the floors in my entire Pahlisch subdivision. Multiple homeowners are having / had issues with the installation of their floors. 3 months in our brand new home, out floors started to have issues and signs they were installed improperly. However they continued to say there was no issue. After some time a service worker finally admitted they were improperly installed. They replaced planks of the wood, however the finish was wrong and were matte instead of gloss. It looks terrible. They further “fixed” the chipping seems all over with a type of putty. Well that putty expanded and then caused even more damage. Pahlisch reached out to them to attempt to get them to fix their errors, however this company refuses to answer at this point. I would think twice about using this company as their customer service and willingness to fix their errors is non existent.

Had our countertops installed through TCS. Tommy and Jake the installers were great. Spent their time wisely and were very careful and professional.
