Baptist Health Urgent Care

If I could put no stars I would. Lady at the front desk gave me every reason why I shouldn’t be seen there. I arrived about 30 mins before they closed and I think she just didn’t want to check me in because it was almost time for them to leave. She also lied to me about my co-pay. My co-pay for urgent care is $25 and she told me it was $100. But it was on my card and told me what it was. She was extremely rude.

Staff were extremely rude, both front desk and nursing staff. Prior to coming in I made sure all my information was correct and they decided to waste my time and make me fill out all my information again. They were extremely rude when I asked why I needed to fill all of this out again as all my information was correct. I was stated every patient had to fill out this paperwork or I would not be seen which is untrue. Extremely disappointment and unsatisfied.

Consistently find all staff professional, understanding, and very helpful. With visits for myself and my son, I have never been disappointed or displeased. I recommend to anyone.

Took my 3 year old here today the staff at the front desk were so sweet to her, gave her a Santa coloring page to color and hung it next to their desk. They all made her feel special and cared for. Nurse practitioner Claire was great as well she has great bedside manners and brought her stickers after she saw her. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Worst experience at an urgent care ever. Multiple staff members were rude and judgmental. Do yourself a favor and visit somewhere else. We should have read the reviews before going.
