made an appointment about 25 minutes ago called to let them know that there was no way I can get there by 3 he hangs up and then doesn't want to answer the phone for me to reschedule my appointment I think that's very poor customer service and I do not mind taking my business elsewhere, that's a shame I have sent a lot of people your way but I have no problem sending them somewhere else
When I first got to the salon which I had an appointment an older person started on my left hand. She took her time and did an excellent job. I guess she was too slow and was doing a great job so a younger woman took over on my right hand. She did not take the time or effort to do a good job and was not done as good. I wish the older lady did both of my hands.nNot going back.
