Incompetent travel agent!nWorse cruise that I have experienced. The travel agent, Ms. Smikle, assured my group that she would arrange local guides for two of our destinations. She forgot about it for St.Martin and the Puerto Rico contact was not available.nMs. Smikle, also, failed maintain accurate accounting by wanting to levy charges after the nearly a month after the cruise ended, even though the cruise company, Royal Caribbean, issued my party invoices of paid in full/ zero balance.nThe ship was nice enough. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The ports of call, St. Martin ( a last minute substitution for the Virgin islands), and the ship's private island of CoCo Bay were horrible. The only commendable thing about this cruise was the ship's staff. Everyone from guest services, room steward, food workers, entertainers, etc. were so polite and helpful. They worked so hard at meeting the needs of the guests.nI will not sail with Royal Caribbean again. I absolutely will never in three lifetimes use the services of Ms. Smikle (New Albany, IN.) for my travel needs.

This was truly the worst place I have ever been to book a cruise! Had I not cruised before , I would have been totally left in the cold. I had to call several times to get my information for my cruise. Felt like I was being passed back and forth between Rebecca and Darwin. I kept hearing, Oh I thought she, or he took care of that! Pass the buck please. I will never use this center again! Very disappointed in the service I got! But we did enjoy our cruise! Ella
