I was trying to return a pair of sunglasses purchased at another Sunglasses Hut. The cashier explained that she couldn't accept the return, because they are actually Bass Pro Shop, (Sunglasses Hut in inside the store )but offered to tighten them to fit better! I understood why she couldn't return them, and was grateful for her fixing them to fit my face! Very nice girl!
