Over price on lot rent they raise it once or twice a year and they don't care about there renters at all very one sided.
Great place to live! Awesome community, good surroundings, country like environment right of I-65 and 10 minutes to Louisville. Really nice place, great management, good company. They're turning this place around.

Other than some people driving to fast down the street it is a nice place to live.
They need to fix their streets.. There's not one street that doesn't have big pot holes in it..
