I stayed at Hawthorne Dec 3-5. Two of my credit cards were charged 64.13 on Dec 3 and Dec 5. During a pandemic when money is very hard to come by. Sad thing about it is I called and spoke to front desk about it and the girl yelled at me and said this is all your fault for handing credit cards to me to be swiped. I explained to her that on Dec 4 I only want one credit card on my account and she proceeded to tell at me and say if we didn't have your credit cards on file this would never happen. I find it hard to believe it wouldn't happen because the GM and 2 front desk looked at my account and the 3 of them knew what they were doing. I just couldn't afford to spend extra 120.00 plus have an extra 125. put on hold for A week - 10 days. The girl was very rude when I called today at 1pm and I left a message for the manager to call me and of course they didn't resolve the problem because obviously they don't care. Just be extra careful when giving them your credit card. I feel like being spoke to like that she had no plans on letting manager know. I worked front desk for 10 years. I never talked rude to guest and she isn't knowledgeable enough to answer calls like that. I just wonder how long it will take for manager to get back with me??? My number is on file

The room could've been cleaner but the staff is nice although some weren't wearing masks sometimes. They still did the complimentary breakfast with the staff serving the plates instead of just feeding yourself which was a nice thing in place due to the pandemic. Maybe I'd stay here again.

To be completely honest for the price, not to mention the service you get, it's a great hotel. Our extended stay was more than acceptable. Any issue we had was addressed immediately and taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The 2 bedroom was great, just what we needed. Only problem was the heat didn't work and it was very cold at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in time is 3 pm. We arrived about 4:37pm room wasn't ready. Upon seeing the room it was not as pictured and very small. We noticed our door didn't close properly, then my son got stuck in one of the bedrooms as that door was malfunctioning too. It does have an outdoor pool that we utilized. But there was no regards to drinking. Police came to the property. Come 10pm when the pool was supposed to be closed, guests were partying til 2:30am which lead to gatherings under our room window at 4 am. Awful night. Morning came and more cops arrived as well as an ambulance for a guest. 7 am I went to the front desk with lots of questions about my reservations. She understood every reason we wanted to leave but didn't have any answers for me. Told me the manager would be there in 45 mins. I come back to another woman. I tell her and guess what. She's not the manager. Can't answer any of my questions or do anything for me. I asked for a corporate number and she said she could give it to me but it wouldn't do me any good because this location is a franchise. But she would make a note and call the manager in a minute. We left and came back. I hadn't heard anything from anyone so I figured I'd see what was going on. It was now after 12...found another woman who had no idea what I was talking about. Couldn't do a thing she said because it was already after check out time. Then proceeded to tell me nothing could be done anyway because I used Booking.com for the room. I'll have to contact them about this issue. The room was unclean and we couldn't even use the pull out bed. Such a disappointment for 354.00
