The Management are 100% great people an the place is good.. But The owners or the Managements supervisor/s is gutless spineless chumps with no soul. They have raised Rent and HANDED OUT EVICTIONS DURING A PANDEMIC.. Need i say more
I don't live here but I have friends who do and it looks like it's a pretty decent mobile home park.
Upset as we were told that they would approve our application as long as we passed the background check and after a few days I was told we were denied because of our credit score, then was told they didn't allow a co-signer. Was gonna buy a home out right for cash. We were looking forward to living in this beautiful park. So upset.
The manager of this Mobile park just threatened me, he chased me around the park in his black SUV and scared the hell out of me while making a delivery. I tried to make a delivery and didnt try to seek out such a physchotic situation. I had to call the police on this phycho to resolve the issue.
Wonderful people to work with at the office. Mike and Vicke thank you so much for getting us in and being so nice as we go through the set up process. Nice to know my Son will be in a nice Community.
