By far the best hotel ever! Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds and excellent wifi. My son and I spent quite a while there when our condo was flooded by a neighbor. They become like family. We slept great every night as there was never a rowdy crowd or any noise. This hotel seems to be frequented by business people and families that are displaced due to fire or floods. Very calm and never saw any hint of drugs or partying. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning while we search for a new apartment. Highly recommend. Carrie is a wonderful person and all that work the front desk are as well. Just an all around great place to stay and not feel like you are missing home.
Love love this hotel great customer service the suite was spacious and clean. Swimming pool and workout area was both open. Plus I am a IHG member so I got a great rate
Trying to be generous with to stars. The facility is nice. It is a newer hotel. Staff needs some help. The last who checked us in late in the evening was new. She tried hard. It took 2 hours and 3 rooms to get us checked in. First room was a single double bed when we reserved 2 queens. The second was dirty. The third was dirty too but the front desk lady went to the room before us and tried to make the beds quick. After 3 more trips back to the front desk to get rid of trash from room, to get towels, more sheets to make the beds properly.nnThen the manager was not helpful in the morning. She just said she had been off for 3 days and didn't know what was going on.nnI could go on but will leave it at that.
My boyfriend and I booked the 1 bedroom King Suite for just one night for our anniversary and we loved it so much here that we ended up staying 3 more nights. The first night was just he and I that stayed but we thought our kids would enjoy it so they stayed the other nights and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Our kids are 18 months old and 2 and a half years old and they enjoyed it so much and they were comfortable in the suite. We enjoyed having a suite with a separate bedroom so we could put the kids to bed and not have to tip toe around them all night long. The pool was nice. They had a little convenience store (snack/supplies room) where you could purchase snacks and drinks and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Our favorite thing was access to a laundry room and it was no cost to use. With 2 little ones and ourselves for 4 nights, we had alot of dirty clothes and I was able to wash them all before we checked out so I didn't have to start laundry the minute we got back from our mini-vacation. If you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere. The hotel isn't fancy with high end services and such. But it is a nice, very clean, quiet, roomy place to stay, especially if you're staying for more than a night or two. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was looking for a great place to stay at a reasonable price.
Very comfortable beds and pillows, best I've had at a hotel in recent memory. Friendly check in staff. TVs are slightly dated and I had to fix the HDMI cable on mine to get it to work. Would definitely stay here again.
