Nice clean hotel. Good customer service. Nice breakfast. Rooms were large...we stayed in a room with two queen beds, pull out couch, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. All of it was clean, room was surprisingly large, bathroom was nice. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area, I was very impressed.
Clean and very comfortable, modern rooms. Location was convenient with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Price wasn’t outrageous so nothing to really complain other than how the front desk gave a guest our room key by accident (she was being trained when we checked in so SOMEWHAT understandable, but it was frustrating at the moment of the incident), oh and there was a very small black mold spot at the bottom of our shower door. But other than all that it was a very nice stay. Just a very comfortable place, inside and outside. Recommend.
HOTEL ACCUSED ME OF SMOKING AND KEPT DEPOSIT, I DONT SMOKE!!!nnI stayed at this hotel for wedding. I left the hotel without any issue, about a week later I noticed that the deposit ($275) was charged to my credit card. I reached out to the hotel, left a message and never received a call back. I continued to call for about a week, and finally got in touch with the General Manager (GM). The GM explained that the cleaning staff had found cigarettes and a bowl used as an ashtray on the nightstand. So they were forced to charge me the deposit amount. The GM sent 3 pictures of the hotel room and explained that they were taken in order to document the incident.nnNow here is all of the issues with this incident:nn- I was never notified of the issue and the hotel charged menn- I am not a smoker, and I have never been a smokernn- I took a look at the pictures that were sent, and they were not taken in my room.nn-The GM recommended that I dispute the charge, claiming that the hotel cleaning staff has never made a mistake like this.nnSo now I will be going through the credit card dispute process which will be a great waste of everyones time and effort.nn-
Good location, excellent room. Plenty of area to work or relax. Desk chair with lamp and counter space, kitchen table, wardrobe, dresser, refrigerator dishwasher microwave sink and coffee station. Couch with ottoman.nOnly neg that there was a woman's razor left on top of the soap dispensers... So I know that part wasn't cleaned.
Start off with we made reservations for 2 adjoining queen rooms. We where told they had this and we made the reservation. We then confirmed availability the day of check-in 3 hours prior to checking in. We where still told yes this was what we where going to get. When we checked in the rooms where not adjoining, which would not work for the size of our family. They finally put us in adjoining rooms and where told it would be 2 queen rooms. It was not, it was 1 king and 1 queen. When we called to the from desk we where basically told tuff that is what we where getting. This left 2 children sleeping on air mattresses that we had to go purchase, on top of the hotel cost. One of the rooms had a public hair on the back of the toilet, pizza sauce looking substance on the bed lamp and light switch, a few monopoly pieces on the floor by the cabinets, as well as food crumbs on the fold out bed. We tried to talk to the front desk staff who could have not cared less about the situation. Finally got the managers number and spoke with her, she basically said im not their right now wont be till Monday. I'll deal with it then. She did not care anymore than her staff did. Mondays great but does not fix the issues now on lack of being clean. Will never stay or waste my money here again.
