This hotel, both inside and out, was extremely dirty during the entirety of my several-week stay, and it didn't appear that any efforts were being made to keep the place clean or respectable. The staff were nice enough, and all but the dirt-encrusted floor was relatively clean in my room, but I would have expected more respect for the property's appearance, adherence to current COVID-19 protocols, and security from a chain hotel. In addition, with the large number of drunk and/or high folks in and around the building, I didn't feel safe here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
This was our third year staying here for NAILE. While it was pretty clean and good service I think it’s become more of welfare housing. People were loud all night long. The hallway carpet was stained. And although it says non smoking, I smelled smoke every single time we walked down the hallway. We will not stay there again.
The rooms were decent. The staff at night were very nice and helpful. The staff in the morning were completely rude and treated us a little rude
Great place, clean and hot showers.. beds comfortable! Just didnt offer a long size bed
Need to sweep floors had dog hair in my room on the floors bedding an had hair in refrigerator had to clean my own room to be comfortable be sure to take your cleaning supplies....
