I personally love this little place the staff has always been so nice to me an 99% of the time whenever I need a place to stay they've got me taken care of I can't say anything bad about the place I've stayed here 2 weeks at a time and longer. It's very old place but it's not a bad place at all really! Very greatful for this hotel an the staff
Great place to stay, great staff great rooms at a great price.
I was working a construction job in downtown Louisville back in 2017. I am not from the area, was only in town because of the job. I happened to find this place while driving around looking for a place to stay. Found out they had a weekly rate and I really liked it. I ended up staying there for about 4 months. Never had any issues. Staff and owners were very friendly, the place was clean, the other guest were also very nice. Maybe not for everyone, but I found it quaint and homey.
They are pretty clean and the front desk reception is very nice they are honest I had forgot a ring here in a room and came back a week later and they gave it to me. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of a strange lady came a knocked on my door for a phone it was very strange and had me a little nervous cause she looked up to no good.
The old lady with the mustache at tje front desk literally just kicked us out 10 monutes after we checked in and ronbed us ..refused to refund 90.00 which was all we had to our names and said we had an animal in the room ..refused to look in the vehicke after we told het to look becuase we did NOT have an animal at all she lied anf stole out money and thrratened to call the poloce ok us
