The district manger that was there was amazing. Meghan the manger was so professional and fun when it came to having to choose my engagement ring. I highly recommend the Kay Jewelers in Green Tree Mall. It was so stress free.

We have always received excellent service and quality products at Kays. Megan and Tammy are very helpful and knowledgeable in their profession as Jewelers. All of the associates help in anyway needed with whatever service we need. Whether it’s purchasing a new piece, picking up or dropping off a repair or going in to have our jewelry inspected or cleaned.nOur family has purchased many pieces from Kay’s over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the merchandise. If we’ve ever had a problem it’s always been resolved.nWe always enjoy our visit to the store. Thank you Kay’s!!

Spent $5,000 on a Tolkowsky engagement ring, within two months the side diamond fell out. Three weeks before my wedding my ring is being sent off to be repaired which will take 2-3 weeks. They won't refund my purchase because it is 12 days out of the return window. I guess I'll have to get used to sending my ring off for 3 weeks every couple months. Wishing I could be happy about a ring I'm stuck with forever. No in house repairs. My advice:Go somewhere that does repairs in house!! There were two other people in line in front of me with jewelry of which stones had fallen out.

Even though they were quite busy this afternoon (about a week prior to Valentine's day) I was greeted upon entering. I was assisted in a rather timely manner to p/u my online order and given exceptional service with apologies for my 5-7 minute wait. The CSR provided very rapid gift wrapping on all 3 items and even went across the hall to Leroy Jewelers (also owned by Kay) to get me a few bows for my gift boxes. Thanks Kay Jewelers!!!

After going in to make a return, nasty comments were said. The product was cheaply made. After she (Tamara) took the box, she chucked it into a cardboard box. Ridiculous. We just wanted to make a simple return. Very shady. Do not recommend!
