The woman with reddish colored hair working in the store today around noon was extremely rude. I was the only one in the store for the 10-15 minutes I was in there. I browsed the headbands and earrings for a bit before heading over to the piercing counter and looking at the earrings available for piercing. The associate still hadn’t even approached me or so much as smiled in my direction. I approached her and asked if Claire’s was still doing ear piercings during this time. She said yes. I told her I had decided on the one I wanted and that I wanted to get my ears pierced today. She looks at me and chuckles under her breath and she says “Actually, it’s only by appointment and we’re really full today.” I look at her confused and once again glance around the store. Yep - I was still the ONLY person in the whole place. I replied with a confused “Oh, um, okay....”. Then she laughs again and shouts “sorry” as I’m exiting the store.nI think she was just too lazy to get off her cell phone and actually do anything. This was my first visit to this Claire’s and it will definitely be my last. Sadly, the store inside Jefferson Mall in Louisville is better than this one and that’s saying something cause Jefferson Mall is garbage.nI looked on Claire’s website and it says nothing about needing appointments. I returned to the mall six hours later to exchange something at another store and passed by Claire’s again. Not to my surprise, the same employee was leaning over the counter playing on her phone in once again, a completely empty store. Completely unprofessional. I sincerely hope management sees this and takes care of the issue!

Visited Claire’s today at the Green Tree Mall in Clarksville, Indiana and had an awesome customer service experience. Erika is very up beat and positive. She didn’t make me feel rushed and really cared about taking care of me. She made some great recommendations for my purchase. We went to the green Claire’s and had an amazing experience. We came across one particular employee. ( well she was the only employee) she was super kind and helped us find everything we needed. We had smelled an amazing smell before we came into the store and were discussing it with her to make conversation. She went outside in the cold and mist just to tell us that the restaurant we smelled was down the street. She also saw me looking at the clearance rack for earrings and told me to wait a minute. She then brought out a whole tub of clearance Earrings just for me to look through. That is SO NICE. But the amazing ness of this employee dosent stop there. We went to the restaurant that she told us about. It was amazing by the way. On our way back to the car from eating my mom realized she doesn’t have her computer. We go into the restaurant and it is not there. We go to Claire’s and the lady has the computer and bag that we didn’t realize we left, in her hands. She was just about to take her break just so she could run out stuff to us. So if you see KYE from the Green OH Clare’s tell her that she is an amazing person!!!!

Just a typical Claire's. Store was well stocked. I was here on Black Friday. Busy but staff were polite, friendly, & very helpful.
