Zales

When trying to place an order online, there was an error with my Zales Credit card, I drove over to the store and explained my problem. After many phone calls and a lot of patience Christian and Janelle got the issue resolved. I was able to complete my purchase.

Special ordered a ring in memory of my Mom that passed on June 4th from Covid-19. It was terrible. The price I paid I should be able to see the stones. Supposed to have our names on it but I couldn't see them. I have called 2 times but its has been a week and the Clarksville, Indiana store has not called back like promised so we could work something out. Now calling corporate office been on hold for 35 minutes. I think I think I am going to lose my temper. I just want my money back.

Terrible, my fiancè bought my ring here and had to get it resized. Said it would take 2 weeks to get it back. Its been longer than that and everytime we go to green tree mall they are always closed.. closed on a Friday??... i would probably have gotten my ring back already if they werent closed several days a week.
