Plenty of staff on hand who if not knowledgeable about the product you're interested in, they can surely find someone who is an expert in pretty much every product in the store, in just a couple of minutes. I shop Best Buy once sometimes twice or even thrice a week, they are also on the ball and go out of their way to be a friendly and courteous to not only the customers but their co-workers as well. I've never seen a staff be friendlier to each other then I have at Best buy especially considering the fact that they don't have a supervisor breathing down their neck the entire time. They're just friendly because they don't hate their job

Brandon in audio installation is the best. He installed a sub and amp in my ford edge with in the time he said it would take. What I paid for the install was a fair price. He did break a part on the glove box, but he ordered a new one and had it within a week. He is as good as his word and is a nice guy that cares about his work.

I went with my wife to purchase her a new phone as a birthday present. We worked with a wonderful employee, Mercedes, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting everything set up and answering all of our questions. Mercedes was so helpful I decided to purchase another phone for myself and have her set that one up too. If you need a new cell phone, I highly recommend asking for her.

I went to Best Buy for 3 things. First I was wanting screen protectors for 2 phones. I asked for help and I was told no, they don't carry them. So I walked around and asked where the Fitbit bands were. A nice kid named Tim helped me out. I got the band I wanted then I started to walk away and was asked by Dan, the Manager on Duty. I asked if I could order the 2 screen protectors online. He said yes. So he asked Tim to help me out. I don't let one employee make me lose out on a product I really needed. Thanks to Dan and Tim. I will go back to Best Buy.

The guys on the floor that spoke and educated my husband and our first big drone purchase and few other devices, but after we left and then sit in their parking lot about half the day needing help or questions about our merchandise no one wanted to help and then the main reason why we give this 2 star review and not a 3 star review is because the manager working this evening stopped us and a few others from going in to return something 20 min before they closed the till saying that they were counting down their drawers when clearly their were people still getting in line making their final purchase, thanks to the drone guy for a somewhat pleasent experience!
