Took longer to pick up now. I much preferred the old online ordering and going in to claim it. All in all, not a bad experience.

Sam's is great! I had a return the girls at the service desk were very quick and friendly. The greeter was very nice also.
I like Sam's Club and as of 6/20/2020 this location (Clarksville Indiana) is undergoing some sort of restructuring. The store is moving just about everything to a new place. Today's visit being on a Saturday they were short of help. I'm guessing it's hard to find employees for the salary they're offering. Thursday seems to be a better day with more items in stock such as toilet paper and other things people like to hoard.
