Might want to train your rude, disrespectful, and racist staff to learn how to speak and communicate with people before you catch a lawsuit. The sales associates are not properly trained for their jobs. They either don't know or don't care enough to provide customers with the information necessary to make a decision when buying a new phone or service.nnAfter telling one particular associate that I was having issues with my phone, she heard what model it was and replied that nothing new or advanced had come from that brand in a long time and I would be better off keeping the phone I had. She didn't bother showing me anything else that was available. When I asked directly about anything new on the market, she and the other associate just pointed at the phones on the sales floor and said the names of them without bothering to get up off of their stools, let alone talk to me about the various features. Apparently, they value their comfort more than their paychecks.nnThe second location I went to, the associate was a little more helpful, but didn't seem to know much about the details of the products or what's going on with the service changes (very important given that T-Mobile bought it out this past year). Also, it was obvious he was not trained or very skilled in making sales.nnFunny, the one time I wanted an associate to make an effort in selling me a product, I couldn't find one in any of three locations. I ended up going to Sprint.
