If I have to go in store this location is the only one I will enter into. The staff is courteous and patient with all interactions that I've had personally. Glad they have placed a well team of informed sales ppl in this location that keep a helpful and positive mood within the stores doors.
They are a money hungry company. I’m being effected by covid and my bill is a couple days late. Turned my phone off, couldn’t work so I lost my job. Won’t even help or do an extension. I DO not recommend this phone company to anyone since they are no longer willing to help due to Covid.
I have been with T-Mobile for 4yrs and I have never had a problem with them or their service. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I have, will, and would highly recommend them to friends and family. With them buying out Sprint they will have better coverage and service.
