Dr. Joseph A. Fleck, DDS

We only trust Dr's Fleck and Bautista when it comes to our babies. The oldest is almost 20 and just had to transition out, then a 17 and 5 yr olds who actually look forward to going to the dentist. They are all smiles thank to Dr's Fleck and Bautista and the staff. Thank you for 20 yrs and counting.

Let me just say that this is the BEST DENTIST IVE EVER TOOK MY CHILDREN TO!! If your looking for a kid friendly place and a place that takes the time to show excellent customer service THIS PLACE IS IT. They have a very non judgemental and non condemning attitude toward parents. They know how to speak to the parents in such a way to encourage us ud83dude09 to keep trying to do the right thing in spite of the challenges ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d. They have a place for children to play in there own area and they are very patient with the children. My 2 yr OLD child was screaming and Nancy was AWESOME!!! SHE BEEN THERE FOR 40 YRS AND HAS GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH scared children. Emily was at the front desk and she kept great eye contact to make sure she was meeting the patients needs, Nicole one of the dentist did not have to be asked to jump right in and help. I had 4 kids with me and they worked well together as a team, Nicole was patient and encouragingud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d Dr. Fleck was AWESOME!!! HE SHOWED ME THE CHILDRENS X-RAYS AND SHOWED MEnHIS CONCERNS IN A VERY ENCOURAGING WAY THAT HELPED ME TO BE AWARE. HE WAS THERAL IN CHECKING ALL OF THE CHILDRENS MOUTHS AND LEFT ME WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND KIMBERLY WAS AWESOME!!!!. SHE DIDNT EVEN WORK WITH ME AND SHE LOOKED ARE DIRECTION AND SPOKE TO ME AND MY CHILDREN. SHE SMILED AT US AND MADE US FEEL WELCOMED AND APART. I THANK GOD ud83dude4f I FINALLY FOUND A PLACE FOR MY CHILDREN GO DR. FLECK!!!! YOUR AWESOME ud83dude0aud83dudc4dud83dude0a!!!!!!!

Have 6 kids ages 9-19... Have taken them all here and highly recommend!! So glad my kids are not scared to go to the dentist like I was as a child.

My kids have seen Dr. Fleck for several years. We love the care they have provided. In fact, I had to page them on a Derby day several years ago when my son had a dental injury when jumping on a trampoline. It was five minutes until the derby race and Dr. Bautista called me right back and told me what I needed to do. I'll never forget that. I We highly recommend them.
