Dentistry Plus

So initially it was a good experience, called and was able to be seen within 24 hours.. so thankful for the timing of a emergency.. I followed through with the treatment of an extraction on my lower left #19, also I had infection in my nerve on tooth 18 and 19.. referred to endodontist for root canal treatment on #18 and #19 was extracted.. So I received no antibiotics for the infection and no simple pain medication at all for my pain after the extraction... After she stated I had pain and infection in both teeth... We all know I should have received both medication for my procedure plus the tooth that is still infected and needs to root canal as soon as my insurance gives to a endodontist in my network.. Tooth extracted with pain after the procedure... Make sure you stand firm in receiving you antibiotics and a mild pain medication that is needed from this procedure... Had to call 2 times to get just an antibiotics Tylenol 3 would have been good... even if it was just 6 pills... I wouldn't go back to them just because she didn't care about my level of pain after the procedure and how I would be over the next 48 hours... Sad that this is the type of Doctor's or in my case Dentist that only got production today with collections with no care for her Patient!!

Dr.Schilling and the dental hygienists were exceptional! Very informative and made me feel very comfortable and cared about during my appointment. They were able to get everything done quickly and had a fun, positive attitude!

Dentistry Plus was a great place. I havent had good dental care in a very long time. All th staff was patient, warm and funny. I told them what I wanted and the did exactly that and worked with me to set up a percise treatment plan. Id recommend to anyone anytime!

Dr. Frey and the rest of the staff were nothing shy of awesome! Great customer service and bedside manners. Dentistry is not the easiest and they’re prices are completely reasonable. They work with you and explain every process on an individual level. I’m proud to be a patient in this practice.
