They were very professional and friendly. Overall they made the experience pleasant.nnWhat really impressed me was how they handled a small mistake. The ties we picked up were wrong. We had an early morning wedding and it didn’t look like they would be able to get the ties we ordered by the wedding. They sent one of their employees 3.5 hours away to pick up the correct tie. Then, there was an issue with the warehouse when they got there. They then proceeded to make the correct ties for us at the store and dropped them off in my mailbox that evening so that I had them first thing in the morning. The service and dedication they showed were beyond outstanding. This place hasn’t just made a customer for life but a raving fan that will recommend them to anyone who needs and suit or tux. I cannot begin to say thank you enough for everything they did for my family.

TOP NOTCH service! We met the store manager months ago at a wedding show. He was so helpful that I was determined to give him my business. I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted, eliminating one more potential stressor leading up to the big day!

Amazing experience! I was in a hurry and Jeremy took care of me so well. He provided me with a GREAT looking suit and had it ready in less than an hour and half. Everything was very professional and I would recommend this shop to anyone! Process was quick and painless and he was super attentive and listened to my needs and what I was looking for. We were so impressed by the service we received at J Alan Formalwear for my son's wedding. Everything was planned, and then Covid 19 happened. All plans (including tux rentals) were drastically changed, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. Thank you!
