Excellent store. Good pricing. It was a bit low on stock as demand is coming back huge.nBut very clean and organized.nStaff was excellent and they do keep a max number of people coming in, so every now and then wait a few minutes to go in.nGreat parking area for the mall.nOverall great experience.

As I walked in i was not greeted or anything by the young lady i think bailey? As she greeted people before and after me which i thought was disrespectful. Please have a happier and more enjoyable employee stand at the door so i dont feel like i shouldnt shop there before i even start shopping. thank you

I love TJ Maxx and I was calling around to find a particular Halloween Decor item and the third location I called (Jeffersonville, IN) the woman (Kathy) was so helpful, kind and informative that it just made my day! Great customer service is a lost art it seems and she exemplified in just the few minutes I spoke with her what an excellent employee can and should be! Kudos!

Inventory is low right now due to the pandemic.nnDressing rooms are closed.nnCheckout line is usually awful. Usually wraps back into the men's section. Only 3 cashiers working. Manager is up front at times and sees the line then just walks away.

I'm always able to find something there at a really good price. Plenty of parking. This is a pretty new location for them.
