This is my second visit. My first visit was last month and it was good. So good I decided to sign up for the monthly service. Boy was I surprised tonight. I was treated harshly and unprofessional by a Masseuse named Angie. She was confrontational from the moment we met. I didn’t have a good feeling but decided to follow through with the massage. After undressing and getting on the table she returned to once again be rude and I decided she wasn’t going to touch me. Unprofessional is not strong enough to describe her behavior. I was so disappointed and can’t believe she is allowed to treat customers this way.nnUpdate: The manager, Lisa contacted me and I was impressed with her level of attention to my experience. She was compassionate and listened to what I had to say. We resolved the conflict to my satisfaction. Her customer service was outstanding!

The aesthetician called in two Sundays in a row..causing me to have to reschedule. They called me 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel. Need to hire some more reliable people. She would also push her personal business during my session.
Very nice place. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Felt really good afterward! Will be returning!
