First time. Called ahead and asked if anyone could handle a skin fade. She said “everyone in the shop can do a skin fade.” Well obviously not. I requested to “remove the line” until I got tired of asking, paid the poor girl, and went elsewhere to pay for another haircut. 10/10 would NOT recommend if you need a fade. The employees were nice enough but they didn’t even know how to fix it. I wish they had just been honest over the phone about their skills.
Great place! Went here today (10/21/2020) and they gave me a really nice haircut 10/10 would come again
They do what you want or they explain what they think would be best. But they leave it all up to you. The prices are good also staff is always friendly and talks to you while doing your hair
I have been going to Kathy for several years. She is a true artist at cut and color! I would recommend her to anyone.
They won’t willing to fix the problem! She Completely changed my hair color and told me in a couple weeks it was gonna look normal when I came back in they then wanted to charge me a lot of money to fix their problem that they did to me it really wasn’t fair she said well we can’t do anything. I’m a COVID nurse and it’s the only time off I have ! Not fair service
