Able to get in very quickly. I was able to get my 19 month old sons first haircut which required a lot of patience the girl was great an did an awesome job considering he didn't cooperate or like it at all.
Checked in online, only 30 minute wait. The lady was able cut my 2 year old son's hair with a lot of patients. His hair looks great
I walked into the salon today with my daughter to get her hair shampooed and cut by Kara(not sure if I spelled that correctly). My daughter originally had a very blunt bob cut that I wanted to even out and add layers to. Kara was so friendly and listened to what we wanted. Her hair turned out beautifully! I will be back and would recommend her.
Halfway into the haircut I knew too much was taken off the side with scissors. I told the stylist I had a calic . I just wanted to leave as you can't put the hair back on. After asking to just stop and I wanted a refund things changed. She removed the hair cover and hair went everywhere, had it all over my face neck shirt. They could have apologize and blew the hair off. Now headed to another place to get it fixed.
Well, Im not sure why they have online checkin if they don't honor that checkin! I checked in on my phone, no one waiting. I physically go into the location to let them know I'm there and they take the guy behind me and send me back out side to wait. They dont have the screen turned on anymore just for this very reason! Don't know that I'll be back.
