I've never stayed but I do rent a storage unit from Stan, the owner. Great guy and easy to get along with. Very knowledgeable. The Red Bud Inn is no more though. Business hasn't been the same since the Opryland burnt so he is renovating currently and the inn will be climate controlled storage units in the next month or two. Great idea!

I've never stayed at the Inn but I do have a storage shed on the same property. The owner is nice and easy to deal with, I've never had a problem. I can say I live just a few miles down the rd and if your planning a trip to Brown County for the fall or anytime time of the yr, this Red Bud Inn is on one of the best roads for views of Brown County State Park, which has an entrance on the same rd as the Inn.
I tried renting a room from this proprietor. Gave credit card info, address etc. I grew up and live in this area, i have never experienced such rudeness from small business owners in brown county! Its no wonder why this cheap place always has availability! Absolutely rude! Green valley inn next door was quite accommodating and affordable!
Great place to stay! Very nice rooms. Stan goes out of his way to make the stay feel like home.
