We bought an estate piece here and everyone was so patient with us. We were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. We tried almost every piece on. We settled on the most amazing piece for a wonderful price we did not even have to haggle. As for the bad review previously about someone having to buy a piece back. I just have to say they are a business. Why do people always want something for nothing? If the piece truly was worth 11K, they were wonderful in selling it to you for under 4k! Thank you touch of silver for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!

The quality of their jewelry is excellent. The workmanship on their pieces are superb couldn't ask for better service. There aren't to many jewelry stores you go to where you aren't pressured to buy their jewelry. Love this jewelry store.

Finally found a place to custom make my wedding band. I've also been searching for a Memorial Ashes Pendant that was similar to my daughter's Urn, who passed on Valentines Day of this year.nnThey were very, very wonderful to work with. I, in addition got a replacement wedding band, that will be hand made. The whole experience thus far was quite nice.nnVery glad, that my wife and I found you. Thank you for working with me on taking my detailed requests. Both handmade ring, pendant and necklace was VERY affordable the QUALITY, that is, and can be seen in the work. I'm very excited to see how my wedding band turns out. I'll be sure to update with photos of the two when the wedding band is complete!nnDefinite recommend, if you're looking for... unique, but very well crafted, intricate, attention to detail type of jewelry.
