So i went there on a Tuesday lady upfront forgot to hand me my id and insurance card back and she watched me walk right out the door clearly she had my id infront of her didn't say anything i called hour later they were closed i got a nice lady does scheduling she sends a message to get with me in the morning best part is coming i wait till 1130 the next day no call ud83dude24so i call i got the same lady that does scheduling so she sends a message again. i get a call 2hours later from the lady upfront she said i could come get it lol i live 73 miles away so i said send it thinking ill get it by Friday ud83dude02Well its a week later no id no insurance card very unprofessional place to deal with . Hope i dont have to make a complaint with BBS ??

Great check-in process, efficient body exam, and little risk of exposure during the pandemic due to safe practices by the staff. A safe and reaffirming experience in under 30 minutes. What more could one ask?

I wouldn’t waste your time with this place you will be waiting weeks for a 72 hour prior authorization. Really sad how much they really just don’t care and they’re there just for a paycheck.

made an appointment a month ago. im 15 minutes early. wait 15 minutes and go back to the patient room and waited for an hour and a half. didnt do extremely good job on mole removal. scar left and nurse has no clue how to use a needle either. when you feel the needle hit a bone i think its time to stop!
