I'm extremely happy after my first visit to TLFD. Dr. Bartels and his team were very friendly and welcoming. I'm embarrassed to say that I have quite a lot of work to be done. During my visit, Dr. Bartels and his team really took their time to explain what I needed to have done and why. I walked in very embarrassed and self conscious but left with a sense of hope and a treatment plan to restore my smile, health, and self esteem. It feels like I have a long road ahead but I'm confident that I've made the right choice. So if you're searching for a new dentist then I highly recommend you give Tipton Lakes Family Dentist a try.

Although I and my family got ourselves registered at the Tipton Lakes Family Dentist in June 2020, our experience with them dates back to January 2018 when we visited the U.S for the first time. The winter was at its peak, my wife had developed a tooth ache, it was Friday and we walked in to their office hoping to get some help. The lady at the front desk informed us that since it was Friday, they worked limited hours. Since we were new to the country and the city, the lady was kind enough, went out of her way, called up a few other dentists in the area and eventually helped us get an appointment.nnFast forward, June 2020, we made our first family appointment here. I found Dr. Bartel, Dr. Anderson and the entire TLFD team including the front-office staff extremely courteous. Coming from a region outside of U.S, where Dental office visits happen only during an emergency, the team never made us feel embarrassed given that it was our first dental office visit in several years. The team patiently listened to all our questions and answered them in a professional manner. We never faced any difficulty in getting appointments and the treatment plan advised by the TLFD team has resulted in better outcomes.nnWould recommend TLFD to anyone who is looking for a good dentist in the Columbus area.
