Relatively good experience. I had to buy a car in a hurry. I got a 2009 Kia Sorrento. It is in pretty good shape. They were very helpful in getting it done in my necessary time frame. The only reason that it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery was bad. We questioned them about it and they assured us it was fine. But it wasn't and I found that out on my way across the country! However, they did reimburse me the cost of a new battery. They also made several follow-up calls to make sure everything was going well. So, overall, I would recommend them!

If you want to buy you first ideal car... This is not the place, although I'll share some points that I would have wanted to learn before making my decision.nn- Checking the carnnIn the car that I bought (Focus 2005) the external conditions were not pretty bad but how the car functioned in itself...nnNot so good. My blindness and eagerness to buy my first car got the best of me. I could notice that on parking the car had a different noise then what a normal gasoline car should (It sounded like a diesel). Said it shouldn't be a problem.. It turned out to be the a/c pumpnnNone the less, Don helped out with the test run. It seemed ok, from my inexpertise perspective, only to later find out that the suspensions are pretty worn out.nnAfter a few days I noticed that it would have problems starting the car (needed a new alternator) Luckly I bought warranty and from the original $1,400 dollar bill, I still had to pay $300... In the first 2 weeks Lucky Me :)nnThen I wanted to invest some money to have a tune up but it seems that only 2 spark plugs could come out (1 crosstheaded, 1 filled with oil) and the other 2 you have to take out the valve cover completely because the spark plug coils were also crossthreaded :)nnSo, I just left it as it is because it would mean that more money had to be invested to repair... for nownnIn short, check the car in and out (take out spark plugs, test the suspension by using speed bumps and make sure the essential components are in good shape (hire a mechanic you trust for 2 hours labor to test it with you)nn- Investigate the price and history on CarFaxnnMaybe my biggest mistake of allnnA car that is worth 2.5k in the market, I ended paying almost 6k (credit of course)... How naive I wasnnMaybe it should be expected to pay a bit more but one positive thing I can say is... They really know how to price their carsnnI recommend that after you know the price in the market, bargin with them for a cheaper price they officially offer... Or go somewhere elsennMaybe I sound a somewhat bitter but I think you would feel the same. I am blessed this happened so that I can be aware of the how humans actually behave when money comes into account.nnI hope you got some value if this was an option to buy your first carnnSeek wisely ;)

One Star Earned. Had an application out on a truck, drove up from Sacramento! Sold it out from under me. Pretty shady stuff guys. Do better.
