I do not recommend Larry’s RV in Redmond. My husband and I purchased an rv from them with a broken window latch. For over six months they have said they are waiting for the part/window to come in to fix. Still nothing, now Larry’s RV is not returning emails or phone calls.

Larry misled my mother about her consignment deal. Their consignment contracts include language which makes it very simple to set bad expectations about the cost of repairs. Fundamentally, if you sell through consignment here, the system is set up so that YOU take on all the risk and the costs of selling the vehicle, while Larry shares no risks and makes a guaranteed profit. They are motivated to move the vehicles quickly (read: cheaply) as opposed to getting a fair price or ensuring that the deal is square, as a result of this business model. Beware.

The storage yard staff caused two bent tongue jacks because they parked my trailer on a slope without chocking the wheels. The first one was so badly jammed that the handle broke trying to retract it. Last time I picked up my trailer, I again found the trailer parked on the sloping back of the property without the wheels chocked and the jack bowed as shown in the photo. With some effort I was able to retract the jack without breaking it, however, instead of offering to replace the broken jack and committing to use more care, they sent me a letter terminating our rental agreement.nnWith 3 RV sales and service companies within such close proximity, you'd think that customer service would be a top priority, but I guess Larry's RV isn't concerned with customer retention.

Parts and Service area guys were amazing!!!! Drove down from Washington to purchase a trailer from people in Bend. Our Electrical hook up was too short. Latty’s had one when no one else did. Others suggested we call an electrician. A+ and many thanks!!!
