I wouldnt even give one star if i didnt have to. I was off work for cancer treatments and on fmla and they agreed to pay half my mortgage for me since i work full time and its a one time thing that i even needed help. After several visits to the office and gathering paperwork they agreed to help pay half my mortgage. Then when they had to put in a little work and contact my mortgage company to get things setup, they just stopped, and quit returning calls and flat out lied to me. I think its time to elect a different trustee.
