A neighbor called animal control told them my bf threw my puppy 50 feet. Not possible . We had left for church when animal control showed up. So they very unprofessionally spoke to my minor child instead of saying okay we will return. They told us they we're writing him a ticket without a discussion. I have worked with many public relation departments this is by far the most unprofessional I've encountered.
A very rude staff member responded to our call about a stray cat. Aggressively and uncaringly handled the cat even though it had been calm and sweet prior to her arrival. I would think that someone in her position might care about animals and actually want to help them...seemed quite the opposite in her case. Disappointing :(
God they took in our stray with a sprained leg and let it back out just takeing a big chunk of the ear off
Called to get help for a small animal that was found. They were so ungodly rude and unhelpful.
Google finally has the right phone number up! That being said, I think the address is wrong still.nThey are helpful and nice here, and if you have an animal caught, they are quick to pick it up. I am giving them only 4 stars because if you have nuisance animals on your property it takes them about a month before they will bring a cage out to catch them with (I ended up buying my own cage).
